We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was amazing and the staff, especially Rodrigo, made it even more magical. The Temazcal ceremony and massages were lovely. The energy here is amazing and we met some really lovely people.
I recommend this place to everyone.

The view from our room was breathtaking, we could see the lush vegetation and mountains in the distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for activities and local restaurants to try. The hotel's pool was a great way to cool off and relax in the warm weather.
The location was quite remote and difficult to access, requiring a long and bumpy drive on poorly maintained roads. The amenities offered weren't as advertised, especially with regards to the spa options.

The hotel location offered beautiful picturesque views with wonderful scenery. the breakfast offered was impressive and satisfied all needs. the unique spa treatments like Temazcal ceremony and massages were memorable and delightful who availed them. the rooms were spacious with great amenities like comfortable beds, unique decor, and well-furnished bathrooms.
The hotel seemed to be understaffed and unresponsive to specific requests made by guests.

Beautiful gardens and peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing weekend. Loved the spa services and the option to participate in a Temazcal ceremony! the views were breathtaking and worth the journey to get to the location.
Food and service could be improved. Some confusion over what was included in our breakfast, and the dinner menu was not accurate.
